Happy New Year!

Thought I would take a moment and update you on the Rexdale Real Estate Market. The theme throughout 2011 was; prices are rising and there is a lack of inventory (not enough properties For Sale). We sold a total of 939 Properties. 143 properties over $400,000. Something that we normally do not see in Rexdale was Multiple Offers, because of the lack of inventory we had Buyers jump on properties and a few sold over asking. The highest price paid for a property was $829,000. On average it took about 25 days to sell a Detached Home and 40 days to sell a Condominium Apartment.
